Returns + Exchanges

 

Returns

We happily accept returns on fully priced, non-made-to-order items labeled “the common” or “st Poncho” so long as they are in their original condition and if order was placed within 30 days. Costs of return are at the expense of the customer.

Procedures:

  • Send the items back to us in the original packaging.

  • Email info@chadbarela.com and notify us of return and purpose.

Once your items are received and checked, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
 

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received in unacceptable condition we will of course replace the item at our cost. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned promptly. Please email us so we can know to keep a replacement item aside for you.
 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on full-priced, non “one-of-a-kind” or “lost + found” items. However, it is possible we may not have what you're looking to exchange for as we are a small batch jewelry manufacturer. We do not offer resizing. Costs of return shipping are at the expense of the customer.
